Warranty Information
Formosa’s Communication Company, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty extends to the purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase. Providing there are such defects, Formosa’s will repair or replace such products upon its judgment provided proof of purchase is within one year. Warranty does not cover and is void on any products in our judgment that have been improperly installed, abused or altered in any manner. Formosa’s assumes no liability with respect to the use of its products.

Terms
All prices F.O.B. point of shipment, our warehouse. New accounts C.O.D. until credit is approved. Accounts 30 days past due are subject to C.O.D. until current. $5.00 handling charge on orders less than $20.00. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. We reserve the right to increase price without notice. Large quantity O.E.M. discount available.

Returns
A RMA is required before returning merchandise. All non-defective merchandise being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be resellable and is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
